Office, driver and customer in the same system
The office plans and invoices in the browser, without installing anything. The driver completes his runs in the app, records loading and unloading and has the consignment note signed. If you want that, customers submit their own orders through the freight portal and follow the status there. That last part is an option, not an obligation.

What is the difference between transport software and a TMS?

Do I have to install anything?
No. The office works in the browser. Drivers and planners on the road use the VYS TMS app for Apple (iPhone) and Android, from the App Store and Google Play.
Can I move my customers over from another system?
You import customers from Excel or CSV. For other data we look together at what is needed.
