The driver app that completes your planning
The VYS TMS app, for Apple (iPhone) and Android, shows the driver his runs stop by stop and records everything the office needs for planning, invoicing and payroll hours. The driver does not have to pass changes on: he makes them himself in the app.
Runs and stops on the phone
- Runs and stops: with vehicle and trailer, load per line and contact person.
- Notes: from the planner and the customer.
- Search: by run, customer or reference.
- Updated live: as soon as the planner changes something.
Navigating with your own preference
The driver chooses his own navigation: Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze or TomTom. He also sees Street View of the address and the day route on the map.
Automatically and with one tap
- Arrival: registered automatically as soon as the driver is at the loading or unloading address, with GPS and time.
- Loaded and unloaded: with one tap.
- Waiting time: starting and stopping.
- Actual quantity: entered if more or less was loaded.
Making changes yourself
The driver no longer has to call or message the planning office. Switching tractor unit or number plate, adding notes and dragging, splitting loading or unloading to another day: he does it himself in the app and the planner sees it immediately.
Consignment notes, photos and messages

- Photos: with an order, kept and emailed to the customer.
- Messages: with the planning office, with a push notification for a new message.
Super driver and subcontractors
With the super driver role a driver claims orders from the order pool himself, creates new orders and puts his stops in his own order. Subcontractors work with the same app as your own drivers. More about subcontractors.
Working day and hours
In the same app the driver keeps his working day: start and end of work, rest, waiting and refuelling. The office uses those hours for the payroll. More about time recording.
Questions about the driver app
Which phones does the app work on?
On Apple (iPhone) and Android. The app is in the App Store and on Google Play.
How does a driver log in?
Without a password, with a one-time code by email. For drivers a fixed personal login code can be set as well.
Can the driver make the text larger?
Yes, the text size can be set to his own preference.
Does the app work for subcontractors as well?
Yes, subcontractors use the same app as your own drivers.
