The day sheet app for owner-drivers
If you drive as a self-employed driver for one or more customers, you keep your hours in the VYS TMS app. One tap per activity, and at the end of the day you send your customer a PDF with a full day report.
One tap per activity
- Starting a shift: with the customer, odometer reading and number plate.
- Activities: driving, resting, loading, unloading, waiting while loading or unloading, refuelling, maintenance or a breakdown, washing, a traffic jam and an open bridge.
- Coupling: coupling, uncoupling and swapping with the trailer's number plate.
- More: swap bodies on and off, and overnight stays.
- Your own buttons: change the order, hide buttons and add your own activities with a name, colour and icon.
Automatic and nothing forgotten
- Driving: when the truck starts moving, the app starts driving by itself.
- Standing still: produces a message.
- Address: at every change of activity the app records where you are.
- Unaccounted time: keeps counting visibly and you assign it afterwards.
- Midnight: a shift that runs past midnight is split automatically.
The day report as a PDF
At the end of the day you create a PDF with your own logo, all activities, the odometer readings and the route driven on the map. You email it to your customer with one button, or share it from your phone.
Overview and tachograph
You see your earlier shifts, the route driven per day and all your customers. If you connect the tachograph optionally, your day sheet switches to driving as well, with the odometer reading at every change.

How do I log in?
With your email address and a code, without a password.
Can my customer open the day report without an app?
Yes, he gets a PDF by email.
What if I forget to start an activity?
Time that has not been accounted for yet keeps counting visibly, and you assign it afterwards.
Does it work with the tachograph?
Yes, optionally. When the tachograph is driving, your day sheet switches to driving as well.
