Track and trace: knowing where your trucks and orders are
During the working day you see live in VYS TMS where your drivers are and how far along every order is. Customers look along in the freight portal if you want that. Outside working hours tracking is off.
Live map of your drivers
- Map and list: of all drivers with status and run.
- Speed and trail: of the last hour.
- In the browser and the app: on the road in the VYS TMS app as well.
Only during working time
The location comes from the VYS TMS app on the driver's phone, and only during the working day. On rest, end of work or without a working day, GPS switches off.
Status per order
- Arrival: registered automatically at the loading and unloading address.
- Loaded and unloaded: with the time, reported in the app.
- Overview: new, scheduled, on the road, completed or cancelled.
Letting customers look along
In the freight portal a customer sees the status of his orders in plain language, and who signed when. The consignment note can be emailed to him automatically after loading or unloading. More about the freight portal.

If you connect the tachograph to the app, you also see the driving and rest times live. More about the tachograph connection.
Questions about track and trace
Are drivers followed outside working hours too?
No. GPS is only on during working time and switches off on rest, end of work or without a working day.
Do I need a separate tracker in the truck?
No, the location comes from the VYS TMS app on the driver's phone.
Can my customer follow the status?
Yes, through the freight portal, if you switch that on for him.
Can I follow the drivers in the app as well?
Yes, the map with drivers is in the VYS TMS app too.
