Driver pay: from day sheet to surcharges
VYS TMS turns the hours from the day sheet per driver into the surcharge types your payroll administration needs. You choose the period, check the hours and export them.
Hours split by surcharge type
- Per driver: days worked and net working hours.
- Surcharges: overtime, Saturday, Sunday and night.
- Compulsory break: determined per day, with the break shortfall shown separately and the work after deduction as hours for the payslip.
Adjustable
- Night window: set it yourself, and it may run past midnight.
- Overtime limit: by default above 40 hours a week, adjustable.
- Period: week, four weeks, month or year, around a reference date.
- Columns: in your own order.
Check first, then export
The hours come from the day sheet the driver keeps in the app. The office checks and corrects per driver per day, and then exports the pay hours to Excel for the payroll administration. More about time recording.
