Planning when you drive yourself
If you are on the truck too, you simply keep planning in the VYS TMS app: creating orders, assigning them to a run, choosing vehicle and driver and dragging stops. You do not have to, but you always can. What you change on the road is with your drivers and at the office straight away. More about planning from the app.
Self-employed drivers
With the super driver role, drivers pick up orders from the order pool themselves, create new orders and put their stops in their own order. An ordinary driver completes his runs. Changes such as a different tractor unit or loading moved to another day are made by the driver himself in the app, without calling.
Subcontractors run along as usual
You put a subcontractor on a run just as easily as your own driver. With the same app he reports loading and unloading and has the consignment note signed. More about planning subcontractors.
Less admin
- Consignment notes: signed digitally and emailed to the customer by itself.
- Invoices: completed per day and turned into a collective invoice per week or month.

From how many trucks is VYS TMS worthwhile?
VYS TMS works just as well with a few trucks as with a larger fleet. The gain is mainly in less retyping, calling and paper.
Do I need a planner at the office?
No. You can plan entirely in the app, on the road as well. Planning at the office in the browser is of course possible too.
Can my drivers work with it easily?
The app shows the runs stop by stop, registers arrival automatically and lets the text size be set. You report loading and unloading with one tap.
Is there something for owner-drivers as well?
