Invoicing for haulage: invoicing on what was actually driven
In VYS TMS, rates per customer work out every order. Per day you complete the orders, and after that the system creates collective invoices per week or month, ready to email and to push through to the bookkeeping.
Rates per customer
- Rate templates: with a kilometre rate, hourly rate and surcharges.
- Diesel surcharge: as a percentage or as a fixed amount.
- Per customer: a template of his own with his own exceptions.
Price per order, handling or chain
- Per order or per handling: loading and unloading priced separately.
- Fixed price: for a whole chain of follow-up orders.
- Subcontracted work: on an hourly basis.
- Suggestion: kilometres and hours are suggested from the route.
Daily invoicing
Per day you see the day total and complete the orders: per order, for subcontracted work or chronologically per driver with arrival, departure, break and driving time. The actual quantity and weight come from the app, with correction and a record of who changed it.
Collective invoices
- Period: per week, month or free period.
- Per customer or all: in one go.
- Cost centre: a separate invoice per cost centre.
- VAT and reference: on the invoice.
Your own invoice layout
With the template editor you decide how the invoice looks, with a live preview. A separate template per customer is possible, and you deliver the invoice by email or on paper. The consignment notes of the week go along as a zip with the invoice email.
Following invoices and bookkeeping
- Status: draft, sent, paid or overdue.
- Payments: recorded, with the monthly turnover in a chart.
- Björn Lundén: customers and invoices synchronised automatically, as a draft or posted directly, every night or with one click.
Questions about invoicing
How does the diesel surcharge work?
In the rate template you set the diesel surcharge as a percentage or as a fixed amount. It is included when the order is worked out.
Can I invoice per week or per month?
Yes, with collective invoices per week, month or free period.
Which accounting packages are supported?
For haulage there is a link with Björn Lundén. If you work with another package, get in touch: the platform also has links with Exact Online and SnelStart.
Do the consignment notes go along with the invoice?
Yes, the consignment notes of the week go along as a zip with the invoice email.
